About Me

 I am Manuel Alvariño, RA, a Licensed Architect and Project Manager with over a decade of experience leading projects through planning, design, coordination, documentation, and construction. My work spans healthcare, institutional, commercial, and residential environments, with a focus on transforming complex requirements into thoughtful, functional, and enduring spaces.

Originally from Cuba, I began my architectural journey with a strong foundation in design and a deep appreciation for how the built environment shapes human experience. That early passion continues to influence my work today and drives my belief that architecture is more than creating buildings—it is about creating environments that improve the way people live, work, and interact.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities. These experiences have strengthened my ability to think critically, adapt to evolving project needs, and lead multidisciplinary teams through design and construction processes. As founder of MAAS Design, LLC, I approach every project with the philosophy that every line carries intent. I strive to create architecture that balances creativity, functionality, sustainability, and long-term value while remaining responsive to the goals and vision of each client.
